There is a known problem for returning customers (who have been away for over six months) whereby you type in your email and password and the screen just refreshes and you are back to blank email and password fields.
If you are a returning customer this can be caused by a bad cookie stored on your computer from your last visit to us. If you use a different browser then that will normally work.
