Free postage automatically appears on the system for orders over £30. So if for a moment you are over it will trigger the "You qualify for free postage message".
But this is only for deliveries in the UK. As soon as the system registered your overseas address the free shipping does not apply.
We're afraid we do not offer any free shipping on international shipping.
