Do your products really work?

People often ask us 'do your products really work?' All we can say is what our customers tell us about our products. The vast majority order our products again, with many using them for several years. The incidence of skin reactions to our products are very low even though we cater for very sensitive skin conditions. 

This is why we continue to make our products. If most people never ordered from us again we'd probably fail to exist. We also offer all our new customers a refund if they react to the products in the initial stages of trying them as we understand that our products are often used on complex skin conditions and no single product is suitable for everyone. 

However we're not doctors and so we can't advise on what to use for skin conditions or what will work. The most helpful thing for anyone considering our products is to read the many independent reviews from people with skin conditions who have tried our products. These are on our website, on our social media or simply Google our products to find many independent press & blog reviews on them. Ultimately the best person to make a judgement about what to use on your skin is usually you.
