There is no online facility to cancel your order. You have to email us before it is despatched. If you contact us to cancel your order and we can do so we will confirm this by reply. There is no guarantee we can cancel your order once it has been sent to the fulfilment team. If we are unable to cancel your order, you will have to wait until it has arrived and then send it back for a refund. Please email or raise a support ticket to request cancellation. We will let you after we have cancelled if we were successful.
