Can I get a refund on products if they don't work?

You can get a full refund, but only if you have a bad reaction to any of our products. 


Please note that we only accept returns that have been mostly unused. Almost empty tubes will not be accepted. Skin reactions are apparent more or less immediately.


We also ask that you notify us of your intention to returns products within 14 days and that we receive the products within 30 days of your order date. 


The refund is offered in good faith if products obviously disagree with your skin, not because you don't find them effective enough.


Please post the product to the following address. Please ensure you include a covering letter including your name and address and your order number. We will refund you once we have received them back and checked the level of usage. If its clear they have only been slightly used then we will happily refund you.
