1. What's included in the Complete Care Pack?
All six steps of the Clarol system: the Silver & Birch Exfoliating Wash 75ml, Birch Water Pore-Minimising Toner 150ml, Silver Serum 50ml, Nordic Birch & Japanese Algae Mattifying Primer 30ml, Sebopure 50ml and ZnO Clear 8ml — saving up to £45 versus buying separately.
2. What order do I use the products in?
Morning: Toner → Silver Serum → Primer (before any makeup). Evening: Exfoliating Wash → Toner → Sebopure → ZnO Clear on individual spots. Each step preps the skin for the next.
3. Why use a whole system instead of one product?
Acne-prone skin has several things going on at once — congested pores, bacterial imbalance, degraded sebum, excess shine. No single product addresses all of them. The Clarol system tackles each one with a dedicated step, and because every product is formulated for the same skin condition, the steps reinforce rather than fight each other.
4. How quickly will I see results?
Most people see an improvement within 2–3 weeks, with redness settling first, then fewer and smaller breakouts, clearer pores and smoother tone building over the first month. A short adjustment period early on is normal — stay consistent.
5. Is it suitable for sensitive or teenage skin?
Yes — every product in the system is free from fragrance, parabens, SLS and MI, and built on balance rather than punishment. For dry or sensitive skin, reduce exfoliation to every other day and let your skin set the pace.
6. How long will the pack last?
Used as directed, the pack typically lasts around two months — enough time to see results, consolidate them and know exactly which products your skin can't be without.
7. Can I wear makeup with the system?
Yes — the morning routine is designed for it. Silver Serum works under makeup and stays active for up to 8 hours, and the Mattifying Primer is the perfect final step before foundation, smoothing and blurring while it shields the skin.
8. Can I use it during pregnancy?
All six products are free from many ingredients people prefer to avoid, including fragrance, parabens, SLS and MI. However, skin can behave differently during pregnancy, and we always recommend checking with your GP, midwife or pharmacist before introducing new skincare while pregnant or breastfeeding.
