Broken capillaries are the result of persistent underlying inflammation of the capillaries caused by rosacea flare ups. The capillaries become weakened by the repeated inflammation and eventually break.
Kalme products cannot repair already broken capillaries as this is physical damage.
However their anti inflammatory and protective ingredients and pure zinc SPF (sun damage also contributes to capillary inflammation) can help reduce flare ups which in turn can help protect against further damage to capillaries which are not yet broken.
