We do not have the sophistication in our system to offer this service at the moment. We are looking at adding the functionality but at present it does not exist. We also do not offer refunds of the VAT component at present as the administrative cost of doing so is prohibitive. Once we add the functionality we will mail out to all our overseas and channel island customers who are registered to receive mailings to inform them.
