Here are some tips and advice on when and how to use the Hydrosil products and how to get the most out of them

Our suggested regimen for Hydrosil products;

AM: If showering wash with Dry Skin Moisturising Wash. Apply Hydrosil Dry Skin Gel to larger areas of affected skin straight after bathing while skin is still slightly damp. Apply Hydrosil Turmeric Butter & Hypoallergenic Milk Salve to smaller areas of very sore harder to heal skin such as hands, elbows, knees and patches in crook of arms and elbows and behind ears. Apply Dry Eye Gel and then Dry Eye Concealer to skin around the eyes and on the eyelids. Dry Skin Gel and/or Turmeric Butter & Hypoallergenic Milk Salve can be applied to the face before cosmetics.

PM: If showering in evening wash with Dry Skin Moisturising Wash.. Apply Dry Skin Gel to larger areas of affected skin straight after bathing. Apply Turmeric Butter & Hypoallergenic Milk Salve to smaller areas of very sore harder to heal skin such as hands, elbows, knees and patches in crook of arms and elbows and behind ears. Apply Dry Eye Gel to skin around the eyes and on the eyelids. Dry Skin Gel and/or Turmeric Butter & Hypoallergenic Milk Salve can be applied to the face.

Tips

  1. Remove make up as soon as possible when getting in after the day’s events. Even if you are going out in the evening try to remove day make up as it will be contaminated with dirt and bacteria. Re applying clean make up for evening wear.
  2. Try to avoid using make up remover to remove make up. Use a moisturing water free cleaner such as Kalme Cleanser or use a gentle facial oil such as rosehip or squalene to remove make up.
  3. Apply Hydrosil skin products while skin is still slightly damp after bathing. If possible wrap skin in towel or bathrobe for 10-15 minutes after applying skin products.
  4. Wear long hair off your face when sleeping
  5. Avoid heavily scented shampoos and conditioners. A leave in conditioning balm is better.
  6. Always patch test products before use to check for skin reactions
  7. Try to avoid wearing synthetic or tight clothing next to skin of affected areas. Choose cotton undergarments if possible.
