| 1. Can I use the in2mate products with HRT? In2mate products are skincare for your intimate skin, they do not affect hormones and so should not interfere with HRT in any way. However if you are on prescribed HRT we recommend that you always consult your doctor before using any products alongside your prescriptions. |
| 2. Can I use the in2mate products internally? The In2mate Moisturiser and In2mate Wash are designed for external use only. They can be used on the external intimate area, including the vulval and labial skin, but should not be used internally. In2mate Lubricant is the only product in the In2mate range designed for internal use. It can be used during sexual activity, before exercise, or whenever the vaginal area feels dry or uncomfortable. The lubricant helps moisturise and lubricate the intimate area while supporting comfort and hydration. | 3. I have noticed some curdling of the moisturiser, is this normal? When used on its own, In2mate Moisturiser should not curdle. Occasionally, curdling may occur if In2mate Moisturiser and In2mate Lubricant are applied at the same time. This is because they are two different formulations designed for different purposes – the moisturiser for external use and the lubricant for internal use – and they are not intended to be applied simultaneously. If curdling does occur, it does not affect the safety or performance of either product and is purely a cosmetic issue. For best results, we recommend allowing the moisturiser to absorb fully before applying the lubricant. If you wish to use both products as part of your routine, wait approximately 15–20 minutes after applying In2mate Moisturiser before using In2mate Lubricant. |
| 4. How and When to Use In2mate Products Here are some tips on how to use the In2mate range and get the best results from your daily routine. Suggested In2mate Routine AM After your morning shower or bath, cleanse the intimate area with In2mate Wash and pat dry. Apply In2mate Moisturiser externally to the intimate area. If dryness or discomfort is present, apply In2mate Lubricant internally. PM After your evening shower or bath, cleanse the intimate area with In2mate Wash and pat dry. Apply In2mate Moisturiser externally to the intimate area. If dryness or discomfort is present, apply In2mate Lubricant internally. In2mate Lubricant Apply internally twice daily if experiencing dryness or discomfort, or once daily to help maintain intimate comfort and hydration. The lubricant may also be applied internally before exercise and before sexual activity. For men, it may be applied externally to the genital area before sexual activity. Tips Wear cotton underwear whenever possible. Cleanse the intimate area with In2mate Wash after exercise or excessive sweating. Cleanse the intimate area before and after sexual activity. Apply In2mate Lubricant before sexual activity to help maintain comfort and hydration. Avoid perfumed products and harsh soaps on the intimate area. Apply In2mate Moisturiser after shaving or waxing the intimate area to help moisturise and comfort the skin. |
| 5. When should I use In2mate Lubricant? In2mate Lubricant is designed for daily use and can be used whether or not you are sexually active. Its moisturising and lubricating ingredients help maintain hydration and comfort in the intimate area, particularly when dryness or discomfort is present. This helps provide comfortable lubrication while maintaining hydration. | 7. Do In2mate products contain perfumes or silicone? None of our In2mate products contains any perfumes. Neither so any of our In2mte products contain silicone. In2mate products are completely odourless and are made from over 99% natural ingredients. We do not promote the use of perfumes, silicones or alcohol in products designed for women's intimate skin. |
