My package has arrived damaged.

We are always very sorry to hear that a product has split or opened inside the packaging.


We try not to use too much packaging in postage for three reasons. It would cost much more to send in a box both Royal Mail and the actual Packaging itself. This would mean higher cost for the customer. The larger the packaging the less chance it will fit inside the post-box which will cause far more delivery issues. Finally we are trying as a company to be more environmentally friendly and we feel that more packaging is not better in terms of our foot print.


We will replace any damaged tubes or packaging. We will normally ask you to send us a picture of the damaged tube for us to improve future packaging options.
