Are Kalme products anti-comedogenic?

Modified on Mon, 17 Mar at 10:08 AM

The Kalme range does not contain common comedogenic ingredients like lanolin, cocoa butter, coconut oil, shea butter, beeswax, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, lauric acid, or algae extracts. However, some products include dimethicone, which is generally not comedogenic but should be properly cleansed to avoid any issues.

If you have rosacea which is accompanied by frequent acne, you might consider complementing your Kalme skincare routine with our Clarol Silver Serum, a light serum that contains a smart anti-bacterial silver ingredient which helps inhibit the growth of acne-causing bacteria while promoting the growth of good skin bacteria to aide in strengthening your skin's resilience against rosacea-triggered pustules.

Clarol Silver Serum can be worn after cleansing during the day under Kalme Day Defence and/or Kalme TeQ Serum and/or Kalme Chameleon Concealer and at night under Kalme Night Repair Cream and/or Kalme TeQ Serum

Always perform a patch test and consult with a dermatologist if you have specific concerns about your skin type.
