If you have an active subscription but it is not shown under the ‘My Subscriptions’ area under your account, then you most likely placed the Subscribe & Save order without having been logged into the site.
We kindly ask our customers to contact our friendly support team to help in that case by logging a support ticket.
Please place any future subscription orders when actively logged into your account and then you will see your subscription details.
