Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply go to your ‘My Account’ section where you can easily manage your subscription. Currently, it’s not possible to pause your subscription.
Please be aware that you cannot cancel a subscription if there is an active order being processed. We kindly ask our customers to contact our friendly support team to help in that case by logging a support ticket if you find you need to action this, and they will confirm it is possible.
As part of our customer care, we send out subscribe & save reminders so that our customers are aware when the next payment will be taken. If you have cancelled your subscription, you might still get an email reminder even though the subscribe & save has been cancelled.
