Is online payment secure?

Yes. Skin Shop uses secure payment and e-commerce providers to process transactions. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers, and Skin Shop normally receives payment confirmation and limited transaction information rather than your full card number.

When will I be charged for my order?

For one-off purchases, payment is processed as part of the checkout process.

For Subscribe & Save orders, each scheduled renewal is automatically charged to the payment method saved for your subscription.

What should I do if my payment is declined?

Please check that your payment and billing information has been entered correctly. You can also try another payment method available at checkout.

If the problem continues, please contact your bank or payment provider. You can also contact our Customer Support team if you need assistance with your order.

Can I use more than one payment method for the same order?
