How much does UK delivery cost?

Our standard 48-hour tracked UK delivery costs £4.99 and is FREE on orders over £39.

Express Delivery costs £6.99, or £1.99 for orders over £39.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard UK delivery is free for orders over £39.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Yes. Express Delivery offers next-business-day tracked delivery.

Place your order before 6 pm and select Express Delivery to receive it the following business day.

Express Delivery operates Monday to Friday and is not available in Extended Delivery Zones.

How long does standard UK delivery take?

Our standard service is a tracked 48-hour delivery service, except for Extended Delivery Zones and where the carrier does not support this service.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Simply click the tracking link in the email to follow your parcel and view the latest delivery updates from the courier.

If you haven’t received your tracking information or your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Skin Shop works with fulfilment and delivery partners including Royal Mail, DPD and international carriers.

The carrier used may depend on the delivery service and destination.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Please contact Customer Support as soon as possible if you have entered an incorrect delivery address.

What happens if I'm not at home when my order is delivered?

Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier through your tracking information.

My tracking says “delivered”, but I haven't received my parcel. What should I do?

Please first check around your property, any designated safe place and with other members of your household.

If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact our Customer Support team with your order number and tracking details so that we can investigate.
