How do I use a discount code?
Enter your discount or promotional code in the appropriate field during checkout. Please check that the discount has been applied before completing your purchase.
Can I use more than one discount code on the same order?
No. Discount codes, promotional offers and reward vouchers are not cumulative unless specifically stated otherwise. Only one discount code, promotional offer or reward voucher can be used per order.
Why isn't my discount code working?
Please check that the code has been entered correctly, is still valid and that your order meets the conditions of the promotion.
Discounts and promotional offers are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant offer and cannot normally be applied retrospectively or used after their expiry date.
Can I use a discount code on Subscribe & Save?
Promotional vouchers cannot be used on Subscribe & Save orders unless specifically stated otherwise.
Do you offer a discount for new customers?
Yes. Skin Shop currently offers 10% off your first order when you sign up to receive email updates, subject to the applicable promotional conditions.
What happens to my rewards if my order is refunded?
If an order is refunded, points or rewards earned from that purchase may be reversed. Any voucher used will be handled according to the applicable programme terms.
