What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe & Save allows you to set up recurring deliveries for selected Skin Shop products.

Only products specifically marked as eligible can be purchased through Subscribe & Save. The available frequency, price and discount are shown when you subscribe.

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Each scheduled order is automatically charged to the payment method saved to your subscription at the price shown for that renewal, less the applicable subscription discount.

Will I receive confirmation of each subscription order?

Yes. Skin Shop sends an order confirmation for each subscription renewal.

Can I change my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your account or contact Customer Support for assistance.

You are responsible for keeping your payment and delivery information up to date.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account or Customer Support.

Cancellation applies to future renewals that have not already been processed.

What if my subscription order has already been processed?

If a renewal order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be stopped automatically. Your applicable statutory cancellation and return rights are not affected.

Can the price or discount on my subscription change?

Yes. Skin Shop may change eligible products, prices, discounts or subscription terms.

Where a change materially affects your subscription, reasonable notice will be provided before it takes effect so that you can decide whether to continue or cancel future renewals.

What happens if my subscription payment fails?

Skin Shop may suspend or cancel a subscription for legitimate reasons including failed payment. Any amount taken for an order that Skin Shop does not supply will be refunded.

Can I pause or skip my subscription?

Yes. You can manage your Subscribe & Save subscription directly from your Skin Shop account. Simply log in, go to Subscriptions, select the subscription you would like to manage, and choose the option to pause or skip an upcoming delivery.

You can also make changes to your subscription or cancel it from the same section.
