Does Skin Shop have a loyalty programme?
Yes. Skin Shop provides loyalty/reward functionality, and customer account information may include loyalty membership and points.
How do I join the loyalty programme?
Joining the Skin Shop Loyalty Programme is easy and free. Simply create an account on our website, or log in to your existing account using your email address and verification code.
Once logged in, visit the Loyalty Programme section of your account, where you can view your points, earn rewards and redeem your points using “Claim Reward”.
How do I earn points?
You can earn Skin Shop Loyalty Points when you shop with us. Points are automatically added to your Loyalty account for eligible purchases made while using the email address linked to your Skin Shop account.
You may also have opportunities to earn additional points through special promotions and loyalty activities.
Simply log in and visit the Loyalty Programme section of your account to check your current points balance and available rewards.
How can I check my points balance?
Customers can view their points on the loyalty page. We should check the Loyalty Lion app to see if there is an option to add a widget displaying points on the account page.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your Skin Shop account and go to the Loyalty Programme section. Here you can see your available points balance.
Select “Claim Reward”, choose the reward you would like to redeem, and a discount code will be generated for you.
Enter this code in the Discount code box at checkout and click Apply before completing your payment.
Please note that Loyalty Reward vouchers cannot be combined with Subscribe & Save orders.
Do my loyalty points expire?
No. Your Skin Shop Loyalty Points do not currently expire, so you can save them and redeem them whenever you’re ready.
Please note that once you convert your points into a Reward Voucher, the voucher will have its own expiry date, which will be shown when the reward is issued
Can I combine a reward with another discount?
Unless specifically stated otherwise, no. Discount codes, promotional offers and reward vouchers are not cumulative. Only one can be used per order.
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If an order is refunded, any points or rewards earned from that purchase may be reversed.
