HYDROSIL Total Kit

1. What's included in the Hydrosil Total Care Pack? Six products that together cover the whole body: the Turmeric Butter & Donkey Milk Salve for dry, irritated patches on the face and body, the Dry Eye Gel and Dry Eye Concealer for the eye area, Hydrobrow for the brows, and the Scalp Shield Shampoo and Tonic for the scalp. Together, they make one complete, head-to-toe routine for dry, itchy and eczema-prone skin.
2. Why buy the Total Care Pack instead of the products separately? The pack brings the full routine together and saves more than £20 compared with buying all six products individually. It is also built on a simple idea: using one gentle, consistent range across every area is kinder to reactive skin than mixing products that can set it off. You can still buy any product on its own if you prefer.
3. What is the routine, and in what order do I use the products? In the morning, apply the Salve to dry patches on the face and body, then the Dry Eye Gel around the eyes, followed by the Dry Eye Concealer. In the evening, reapply the Salve and the Dry Eye Gel. On wash days, use the Scalp Shield Shampoo followed by the Scalp Shield Tonic on the damp scalp, and apply Hydrobrow along the brows twice daily. Full directions are in the How to Use section above.
4. Do I have to use all six products, or can I use them on their own? You can use each product on its own, wherever you need it. The pack is designed for people who want to care for every area prone to dryness with one gentle range, but every product also works individually, so you can build the routine up to suit your skin.
5. Is the Total Care Pack suitable for eczema, atopic or very sensitive skin? Yes. All six products are made for dry, itchy and sensitive skin, including skin prone to eczema, atopic dryness, seborrhoeic dermatitis and contact dermatitis, and are gentle enough for adults and children and for everyday use. They are skincare products rather than medical treatments, so we cannot guarantee results, but many customers with these conditions use the routine daily. Patch test each product first, and if your skin is severely affected or not improving, see your doctor.
6. Do all the products contain Cardiospermum? Not all of them, and they are formulated that way on purpose. The Salve, Dry Eye Gel and Dry Eye Concealer are built on Cardiospermum, a plant-based ingredient traditionally used to calm irritated-feeling skin, while Hydrobrow, the Scalp Shield Shampoo and the Scalp Shield Tonic use a patented passion fruit seed complex, a chicory root prebiotic and the active component of Australian tea tree.
7. Do these products contain steroids? No. No Hydrosil product contains steroids. The routine relies on naturally derived, irritation-aware ingredients, so it is suitable for gentle, everyday, long-term use across the whole body.
8. Can I use the routine alongside a prescribed eczema treatment or steroid cream? We cannot advise on prescribed medicines, and we would never suggest stopping a treatment your doctor has given you. If you want to use these products alongside a prescription, check with your doctor or pharmacist first, and patch test before you start.
9. How long until I notice a difference? This varies from person to person, and the products are not medications, so they work in step with your skin. Many people notice less itching and more comfort first, with dry, rough patches softening and flaking easing over the following weeks. Dry, eczema-prone skin needs ongoing care, so use the routine consistently and give it time.
10. Is the Total Care Pack vegan, and where is it made? The pack is vegetarian rather than vegan: the Salve contains donkey milk and the Dry Eye Concealer contains beeswax, while the other four products are vegan. All six are animal test-free by PETA, dermatologically tested and made in Britain.
