PSOregon Total Kit

1. What is the PSOregon Total Care Pack? It is the complete PSOregon routine in one bundle, and the best value in the range. It includes all four products: the Maintenance Cream and Intensive Serum for dry, scaly skin on the body and face, and the Anti-Plaque Shampoo and Conditioner for a scaly, flaky scalp. It is made for people with psoriasis-prone skin in more than one place.
2. Who is the pack for? It is for anyone with psoriasis-prone skin on both the body or face and the scalp, who wants to look after both with one consistent routine. If you only have skin concerns, the PSOregon Skin Care Pack may suit you better, and if you only have scalp concerns, the PSOregon Hair Care Pack is the one to choose.
3. Why use all four together? Psoriasis-prone skin often appears in more than one place, and each area benefits from the right product: the cream for larger skin areas, the serum for stubborn patches, the shampoo to cleanse and descale the scalp, and the conditioner to soften and soothe it. Using them together covers skin and scalp consistently, which is what this skin type responds to, and the pack is the most economical way to do it.
4. How do I use the pack? Apply the Maintenance Cream twice daily to clean, dry skin over larger areas, with the Intensive Serum on smaller, stubborn patches. Wash the scalp and hair with the Anti-Plaque Shampoo, then follow with the Anti-Plaque Conditioner. Keep using all four on problem areas even once things have settled. Patch test first and stop if any irritation occurs.
5. Will it help with psoriasis? The PSOregon Total Care Pack is made up of cosmetic skin and hair care products, not medicines, so it is not a treatment or cure for psoriasis. What the routine does is help soften dry, scaly skin and scalp scale, calm the look of redness, flaking and itching, and keep skin and scalp comfortable, which many people with psoriasis-prone skin find helpful as part of a daily routine. If your skin or scalp is severe, painful, broken or not improving, it is worth speaking to your GP or a dermatologist.
6. Is the pack vegetarian or vegan? The pack is vegetarian. The Maintenance Cream and Intensive Serum are both vegan, but the conditioner contains honey, so the pack as a whole is vegetarian rather than vegan. The conditioner also contains wheat. Everything is cruelty-free, dermatologically tested and made in Britain.
7. Does it contain steroids, coal tar or added perfume? No. All four products are free from steroids, coal tar, mineral oils, SLS, MI, parabens and added perfume. They are naturally derived, between 88% and 98% natural depending on the product, and have only a mild, natural scent, which is why many customers who react to fragranced or medicated products find the range suits them.
8. Is it cheaper than buying the products separately? Yes. The Total Care Pack is priced at a saving on buying the four products individually, and it is the best value way to follow the complete PSOregon routine. You can see the current saving in the price shown above.
9. PSOregon or Hydrosil: which one do I need? The two ranges are made for different skin. PSOregon is for skin and scalp prone to psoriasis, with thicker, raised, silvery scale and plaque. Hydrosil is for dry, sensitive, eczema-prone skin and scalps where the main concern is fine flaking, itching and tightness rather than plaque. A simple guide: if you have raised, scaly plaques, choose PSOregon; if you have dry, flaky, easily irritated skin, choose Hydrosil. If you are not sure what is behind your skin trouble, it is always worth asking your GP to take a look.
10. Can children use it? The products are made with gentle, naturally derived ingredients, and some parents do use parts of the range for older children with scaly, flaky skin or scalps. Because children's skin is more delicate and their skin conditions are best assessed properly, we would always recommend speaking to your GP, pharmacist or dermatologist first, and conducting patch testing. The serum is concentrated, so take particular care there, and none of the products is intended for babies or infants.
11. How long will the pack last? It depends on how much skin and scalp you are treating and how often you flare. The cream, the shampoo and conditioner are sized for regular use, and the 50ml serum is concentrated, so a little goes a long way when it is kept for the worst patches. You can set up a subscription so you never run out, and individual products can be topped up as needed.
12. Can I buy the products individually too? Yes. Every product in the pack is available on its own, and there are smaller bundles too: the PSOregon Skin Care Pack pairs the cream and serum, and the PSOregon Hair Care Pack pairs the shampoo and conditioner. The Total Care Pack simply brings all four together at the best value for anyone who needs the complete routine.
