How do I access my Skin Shop account?

To access your account, click the account/person icon next to the shopping basket on the Skin Shop website.

Enter the email address associated with your account, and we’ll send you a verification code by email. Enter this code to log in — you no longer need a password.

Once logged in, you can view your orders, personal details, subscriptions and Loyalty Programme.

I've forgotten my password. What should I do?

You no longer need a password to access your Skin Shop account.

Simply click the account/person icon next to the shopping basket, enter the email address associated with your account, and we’ll send you a verification code by email.

Enter the code to securely access your account.

How can I update my personal details?

You can manage the information made available through your customer account. If you cannot make a required change yourself, please contact Customer Support.

How can I delete my account or personal information?

You can contact Skin Shop to exercise your applicable data-protection rights.

For privacy enquiries and rights requests, submit a support ticket and mark it “Privacy”. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity before processing your request.
